Customer experience in the Government is a series of three illustrations that analyse the way government as any forward thinking company are realising that their ability to execute their mission can be linked to deliver a effective customer experience.

The first illustration of the series portraits the employees seen now as artists that are shaping their own experience.

Second illustration of the series "RX CX" it's a metaphor on how customer experience could become the prescription for improving government performance.

And finally the third illustration of the series focuses on how improving the customer experience may offer a key to reduce the friction costs in government-business relationship.
